I just uploaded a short 2 minute S8 film, "Power Outage," that I shot over the course of two nights in April completely by myself. It was shot on a Leicina Super at 18 fps using Ektachrome 7240 film and transferred to VHS by Roger Evans via the DV-8. Basically, it's just an excuse for me to familiarize myself with some new lighting equipment I purchased.
It's pretty amateurish; I overestimated E7240's ability to shoot in existing light--which becomes painfully obvious during the shots of all the lights going out--and some of the edits are jarring--I was attempting to cut on action.
Because I'm using a horse-and-buggy 56K modem, I compressed it using Microsoft video (25% loss in quality) at a resolution of 160 * 140 at 12 fps. No music. The file is 8 megs.
